Terms: 30 days from date of invoice. A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be added to all balances over 60 days.

Credit: Please fill out a credit application for all credit requests.

Shipping: Books are best shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. We can ship via truck or Federal Express but do not recommend them for long distances because their rates are considerably higher. Shipping is FOB Santa Barbara.

Drop Shipping: Please add an extra charge of $4.00 per drop ship order.

Shortages: or nonreceipt must be reported to us within 15 days of the ship date.

Resale Numbers: California dealers must mention their resale number with their order.

Promotional Materials: We can supply photographs, pdf, or jpeg files of all our publications for your catalog work.
